
Join this three-day journey to Huchuy Qosqo, starting in Patabamba, where we will hike alongside our llamas towards the fascinating Huchuy Qosqo, filled with temples, terraces, and breathtaking landscapes. From there, we will venture into the Sacred Valley, exploring the Moray terraces and the Maras salt mines, with more than 4,000 salt ponds. Don’t wait any longer to experience this unique adventure!
Early in the morning, we will head to Patabamba, where we will begin our trek accompanied by llamas. During our journey, we will descend to the village of Pukamarca for lunch, then pass through Puma Puncu, and finally arrive at Huchuy Qosqo, where we will explore the agricultural terraces, temples, and more.









Today, after breakfast, we will begin our hike towards the Huallata K’assa pass, then descend near the Cusicocha and Piuray lagoons. Later, we will arrive in Chinchero to visit the archaeological site filled with terraces.







On this day, we will visit Chinchero’s main square and the temple built over the palace of Tupac Inca Yupanqui. Then, we will explore Moray with its agricultural terraces and the Maras Salt Mines with their thousands of salt pools. After touring these sites, we will return to Cusco.

It is a 3-day experience that combines trekking, Andean culture, and archaeological visits. The itinerary passes through Patabamba, Huchuy Qosqo, Chinchero, Moray, and the Maras Salt Mines, ending with the return to Cusco.
On the first day, the journey begins in Cusco and heads toward Patabamba, where the trek starts accompanied by llamas. The hike passes through Pukamarca and Puma Puncu before reaching Huchuy Qosqo, where agricultural terraces, temples, and archaeological remains are visited.
In Huchuy Qosqo, visitors explore agricultural terraces, temples, and other Inca archaeological remains. The site offers a cultural and scenic experience surrounded by the Andean mountains.
The hike begins after breakfast and continues toward the Huallata K’assa pass. The route then descends near the Cusicocha and Piuray lagoons before reaching Chinchero, where the archaeological center is visited.
The difficulty level is moderate. The itinerary includes high-altitude hiking, uphill and downhill sections along Andean trails, especially on the routes between Patabamba, Huchuy Qosqo, and Chinchero.
On the last day, visitors explore Chinchero's main square, the temple built over the former palace of Tupac Inca Yupanqui, the agricultural terraces of Moray, and the Maras Salt Mines before returning to Cusco.
