On this 9-day tour, we will explore various destinations, from Lima to Paracas, where we will visit the Ballestas Islands, home to abundant marine wildlife, and the stunning golden sand dunes, perfect for extreme sports.
In Cusco, we will dive into Inca history, discovering Pisac, Ollantaytambo, and Machu Picchu, where archaeological sites blend with breathtaking nature. We will take an international flight to Lima. Upon arrival at the airport, our team will take us to the hotel in the Miraflores district. We will have the afternoon free to rest or acclimate.
We will start early in the morning as we are picked up from the hotel and board the bus to Paracas. Upon arrival, we will visit the Ballestas Islands, where we will see birds, sea lions, and penguins. After lunch, we will continue to the Huacachina Oasis, where we can enjoy activities like sandboarding and buggy rides.
The tour starts early as we head towards Pisac, where we will observe the viewpoints and Inca terraces. Next, we will arrive in Urubamba for lunch, and then continue to the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo. After exploring the area, we will take the train to Aguas Calientes.
The next day, very early in the morning, we will depart for Rainbow Mountain. Along the way, we will stop for breakfast before continuing to Chillihuani, where our hike begins. During the trek, you will see animals such as alpacas and llamas. Upon reaching the summit, you will admire the vibrant colors of the mountain and have time to take photos. After enjoying the view, we will descend for lunch and then return to Cusco.
This day will be free for rest and exploration. We will also have a complimentary photography session at some of Cusco’s most popular and picturesque streets, such as 7 Borreguitos, the Sapantiana Aqueduct, 7 Culebras, and the San Cristóbal Viewpoint. The best part is that this experience comes at no extra cost!
