In this 2-day tour, you will get to know Lake Titicaca, located between Peru and Bolivia. It is the highest navigable lake in the world. Surrounded by stunning landscapes, its islands stand out for their culture and traditions, linked to the Incas. It is a key tourist destination in Peru, offering a unique experience in the Altiplano.
In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel to take the tourist bus to Puno. On the way, we will visit the Church of San Pedro in Andahuaylillas, known as the "Sistine Chapel of America," and the archaeological site of Raqchi, dedicated to the god Wiracocha.
The journey will continue across the Collao Plateau, with a stop in Pucará, famous for its "little bulls" crafts. Afterward, we will reach the Puno-Cusco border, where we can see South American camels, before arriving in the city of Puno.

Today we will explore Lake Titicaca and its islands. First, we will visit the Uros floating islands, where we will learn about their way of life based on totora, used in their homes, boats, and crafts. Then, we will head to Taquile Island, known for its weavers.
In Taquile, after a walk to the main square, we will learn about their community life, based on Inca principles. From the heights, we will enjoy panoramic views of the lake, the Puno bay, Bolivia, and the Altiplano, before returning to Puno in the afternoon.
