This 5-day tour in the city of Arequipa, declared a Cultural Heritage site, is a top destination in Peru known for its history, nature, and gastronomy. The city is surrounded by volcanoes and is famous for its sillar architecture.
Upon arrival at the Arequipa airport, the White City, we will be waiting to transfer you to the hotel. In the afternoon, we will visit the city's most prominent attractions, starting with the Carmen Alto viewpoint, where we can see the three volcanoes surrounding Arequipa.
Next, we will continue to Yanahuara, known for its sillar arches, and visit the Santa Catalina Monastery, the main square, and conclude at the Church of the Jesuits, renowned for its neoclassical architecture.

Early in the morning, our transportation will take us to explore one of the deepest canyons in the world, crossing landscapes and observing vicuñas in the Aguada Blanca and Salinas National Reserve. At the highest viewpoint, we will observe flamingos and the summits of the volcanoes.
Upon arrival in Chivay, you will have time to relax in the Calera hot springs and enjoy a perfect day.
Arequipa (2330 m) – Volcanoes Viewpoint (4950 m) – Chivay (2630 m).
The tour will begin with a trip to the Cross of the Condor viewpoint, where we can observe condors in their natural habitat. We will then continue through snow-capped landscapes to the ancestral villages of Yanque and Maca.
The day will culminate in Chivay with a traditional lunch before returning to Arequipa, after having had a unique experience in local traditions.

Chili River Rafting
On this day, you will embark on a rafting adventure on the Chili River. We will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the Chilina Valley, where you will receive a safety briefing at the Virgin of Chapi grotto. Then, the tour will begin, ending with lunch.
